The Easy Charging Quality (ECQ) app provides access to a comprehensive network of over 420,000 charging stations across 22 countries. The user experience is streamlined into three straightforward steps for initiating a charge:

1. Enter your charge card number, scan the QR code, or select a link received from your e-mobility service provider.
2. Log in with an existing account, register as a new user, or opt for guest user access.
3. Configure your desired filters and commence charging.

Adding your vehicle to the account enhances the app's functionality by displaying only the charge stations relevant to your specific car model.

The app also features a favorites list, allowing users to quickly save preferred charging locations for easy navigation in the future.

Users can tailor their search by setting filters, ensuring that the displayed charge stations align with their requirements, whether they are looking for available chargers, fast chargers, or stations that support app-based payments.

In terms of payment options, the app accommodates various methods suitable for electric vehicle drivers. In addition to traditional charge cards, it also offers several direct payment methods, which may vary by country.

Account management features enable users to review past transactions, manage charge cards, and adjust app settings conveniently from the account menu page.
